What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for tax reporting solutions.
• Monitor and interpret global tax regulations (FATCA, CRS, 1099, DAC6/7/8) to translate them into clear product specifications.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle including discovery, prioritization, development, and launch using Agile practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Compliance, and Design teams to ensure timely delivery and high product quality.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to identify pain points and incorporate insights into product enhancements.
• Oversee product architecture related to tax data ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, and reporting.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Newark, NJ (Hybrid)
• 8–12+ years of experience in product management within fintech, financial services, or tax technology.
• Deep expertise in tax reporting regimes and compliance frameworks.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling complex regulatory or data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of financial data systems, APIs, cloud-based platforms, and SaaS models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
