What you will do

• Act as the primary operational contact for field offices, resolving inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Support retirement operational lifecycle events, including cost center changes and plan terminations.
• Lead and manage operations projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with team priorities.
• Execute retirement operations for M&A activities, facilitating the onboarding of acquired firms and advisors.
• Analyze reports to resolve discrepancies in plan counts and recordkeeper data.
• Develop scalable processes and automate manual workflows using AI tools.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
• 4–5 years of business experience in the investment or financial services industry.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, IT, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and the Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Demonstrated understanding of FINRA and SEC compliance standards within RIA and Broker/Dealer environments.
• Strong project management and critical-thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Fi360, Smartsheet, Orion, or other finance-related vendor platforms.
• Previous experience in a customer or client support role.
