What you will do

• Execute full-cycle primary market research, including survey design, data collection, and analysis.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to create compelling reports and actionable business recommendations.
• Present research findings to diverse stakeholders, including business leaders and client-facing teams.
• Manage multiple research programs simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to streamline research workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support competitive intelligence and strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Psychology (GPA 3.0+).
• 3–5 years of experience in strategic market research or business intelligence.
• 3+ years of experience with statistical techniques, survey programming, and report writing.
• Proficiency in research tools such as SPSS, Excel, and online survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Alchemer).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights clearly.
• Must be located near Windsor, CT; New York, NY; or Atlanta, GA.
