Salary: $79,400 - $112,175

What you will do

• Lead and host business incident bridges to ensure quick resolution and proper priority assignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional response efforts and engage key resources for remediation.
• Communicate incident status and document bridge activity for stakeholders.
• Track and manage the delivery of incident action items from various owners.
• Conduct post-incident reviews to document root cause analysis and eliminate recurrence.
• Coordinate action items for the Incident Escalation Committee to ensure long-term process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (CPT/OPT not accepted).
• 5-7 years of experience in a large, complex environment.
• Experience in the retirement industry, including knowledge of defined contribution and defined benefit plans.
• Strong project prioritization, analytical problem solving, and organization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hirify.global’s applications and systems infrastructure.
• PMP certification.
• Basic knowledge of Six Sigma tools and concepts.
