What you will do

• Deliver key operational and telephony KPIs while managing capacity and surge planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to streamline claims resolution.
• Ensure robust compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Analyze operational data and customer feedback to drive meaningful performance initiatives.
• Manage departmental budgets and contribute to strategic business growth objectives.

Requirements

• Proven success in an insurance operations leadership role.
• Strong experience within Property, Niche, or related insurance sectors.
• Demonstrable track record of driving operational improvements and delivering business results.
• Experience leading large teams through Team Managers in remote and hybrid settings.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting principles, and claims processes.
• Knowledge of insurance regulation, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
