Onboarding Calculations Team Manager (6 Month FTC)

What you will do

• Allocate and prioritise work across the Onboarding Calculations team.
• Balance workloads to help achieve service levels and customer deadlines.
• Monitor workflow queues and adjust priorities in response to changing demand.
• Support consultants with day-to-day queries and remove delivery barriers.
• Provide data for one-to-ones, coaching conversations, and performance development.
• Track quality, productivity, and performance, and provide daily, weekly, and monthly management information.

Requirements

• Experience leading, coaching, or supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence making decisions and adjusting workloads to meet changing demands.
• Strong communication skills, including confidence holding one-to-ones and performance conversations.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships across teams.
• Focus on customer outcomes and meeting service levels.

Nice to have

• Experience in pensions or financial services.
