Salary: $102,000 – $153,000

What you will do

• Develop and maintain AI security standards, governance requirements, and control frameworks.
• Assess AI tools, agents, and platforms for security, privacy, compliance, and operational risk.
• Partner with Security Operations and IT to implement controls for AI-enabled solutions.
• Monitor emerging AI threats and attack techniques to create actionable security controls.
• Coordinate AI risk assessments, exception reviews, and governance activities.
• Evaluate third-party AI vendors and integrations for governance risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or risk management.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents.
• Experience developing security policies, standards, and governance programs.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise security controls.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI governance frameworks such as NIST AI RMF or ISO 42001.
• Proficiency with commercial AI offerings like Microsoft Copilot.
• Deep understanding of prompt injection, data leakage, and AI supply chain risks.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CCSP.
