What you will do

• Secure AI and GenAI initiatives by ensuring they are designed and operated according to cybersecurity best practices.
• Perform architecture reviews, security reviews, and threat modeling for AI/GenAI use cases from design to production.
• Define security requirements for AI platforms, APIs, agents, and tool integrations.
• Manage IAM, API security, secrets management, and security control validation.
• Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks, including prompt injection, jailbreak attacks, and data leakage.
• Establish AI guardrails and secure-by-design architectures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Application Security, Cloud Security, or Security Architecture.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI/LLM-based solutions from a security and risk perspective.
• Experience with IAM, API security, and data protection standards.
• Ability to validate security controls, auditability, and monitoring requirements.
• English: C1 or above required.
• Location: Must be based in Portugal for hybrid work in Lisbon.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or Azure AI Foundry.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 for LLM and Secure AI Framework (SAIF).
• Experience reviewing Databricks environments from a security perspective.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) architectures.
• Exposure to DevSecOps and/or MLOps environments.
