What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an embedded cyber review team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve as the senior technical authority on complex cases, determining harm potential and offensive uplift.
• Monitor quality metrics and identify gaps to improve review processes.
• Interface with client stakeholders to communicate findings and align on evolving policies.
• Mentor and develop senior and junior investigators on technically demanding cases.
• Analyze actor behavior using DQL and OSINT to inform detection and mitigation efforts.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, national security, or law enforcement.
• Must be based in the US and able to clear an insider-threat background check.
• Deep expertise in ransomware, local/remote exploits, or offensive security operations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and other data languages for querying.
• Familiarity with LLM systems and how AI technology can be misused for cyber operations.
• Proven experience leading investigative teams and managing quality output.

Nice to have

• Experience with threat intelligence frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
• Background in dark web monitoring, OSINT, or cross-platform threat analysis.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic, Chinese, Farsi, Portuguese, Russian, or Spanish.
• Active security clearance (Secret or above).
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, GREM, or GCTI.
