What you will do

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries regarding billing and accounts receivable.
• Conduct root cause analysis on recurring account issues to recommend effective solutions.
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program reporting and data analysis.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications with customers and dealers via phone and email.
• Assist in system vehicle inventory management and maintain accurate business documentation.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven background in customer service and program support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines with high attention to detail.
