Process Analyst

TL;DR

Process Analyst (Business Process Analysis/Tableau): Evaluating and improving claims business processes through performance analysis, metric development, reporting, and actionable recommendations with an accent on data quality, process optimization, and business performance monitoring. Focus on identifying process gaps, testing hypotheses, analyzing root causes, and tracking leading and lagging indicators across multiple data sources.

Location: Chesapeake, Virginia, with preferred work locations in Tampa, Florida; San Antonio, Texas; Colorado Springs, Colorado; or Phoenix, Arizona.

What you will do

• Evaluate claims business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Establish, monitor, and report on key business metrics and performance indicators.
• Analyze performance data and reports from multiple data sources.
• Identify process gaps, investigate trends, and perform root cause analysis.
• Conduct hypothesis testing and provide actionable recommendations.
• Communicate findings and support business operations through performance reporting.

Requirements

• Experience with business performance analysis, metric development, and reporting.
• Strong data analysis, report creation, and data synthesis skills.
• Experience identifying process gaps and improving business processes.
• Experience monitoring leading and lagging performance indicators.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• W2 employment is required; C2C is not eligible. Visa sponsorship is available.
