Program Analyst (S&T)

What you will do

• Support daily operations and deliverables using Microsoft Office 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Perform cost analysis and extract financial information for technical programs.
• Track availability and use of funds, reviewing financial documents for impact on program objectives.
• Assist Program Officers in annual phasing, planning, and developing spend plans.
• Respond to Data Calls regarding technical, programmatic, and financial aspects of programs.
• Coordinate and execute meetings, workshops, and program reviews involving government and academic stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a fully accredited college or university.
• Current Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance prior to award.
• 5+ years of experience providing business and financial support to S&T organizations.
• 3+ years of experience in cost analysis for technical programs.
• 3+ years of experience tracking funds and reviewing financial documents.
• 3+ years of experience supporting S&T and/or R&D missions.
