What you will do

• Lead implementation efforts through comprehensive planning and client engagement to meet go-live expectations.
• Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of customers throughout the implementation process.
• Coordinate product training, configuration sessions, and remote/on-site go-live support.
• Establish and lead internal cross-functional project teams to ensure maximum customer success.
• Manage project timelines, weekly status reporting, and all pertinent implementation artifacts.
• Continually improve implementation methodologies to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of project management experience in software implementation in a client-facing capacity.
• PMP certification (obtained or currently in progress).
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and PMBOK framework.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 10%, including overnight travel.
