Principal Technical Program Manager - Trust

Salary: $169,569–$266,725 base pay annually across US geographic pay zones, with potential benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

What you will do

• Set strategic direction and drive a multi-year portfolio across Security, Compliance, GRC, and Privacy.
• Coordinate delivery across Trust Engineering, Product, Platform, Legal, GRC, and IT while managing dependencies, technical risks, and trade-offs.
• Embed automated security controls, trusted AI-native SDLC practices, software supply chain defenses, and continuous vulnerability monitoring into engineering workflows.
• Drive technical readiness and authorizations for regulated environments, including FedRAMP and regional certifications.
• Establish decision forums, governance mechanisms, risk-prioritization frameworks, compliance evidence pipelines, and security review processes.
• Define metrics for security posture, vulnerability reduction, audit readiness, and business value while advising executive leadership.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, or security architecture in large cloud or SaaS environments.
• Experience leading multi-team, company-wide security, infrastructure, or compliance initiatives over multiple years.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, cloud security architecture, threat modeling, AI-native SDLC, vulnerability management, and GRC frameworks.
• Experience delivering complex transformations such as software supply chain security, automated security controls, identity governance, or regulated-environment authorizations.
• Strong executive communication and the ability to align engineering, product, legal, and GRC teams without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI security, trusted AI deployments, adversarial threat defense, or cloud-native security automation.
• Experience with FedRAMP, DoD IL4/IL5, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or major privacy compliance programs.
• Experience scaling software supply chain security, including SBOMs, artifact provenance, and package hardening.
• Experience partnering with C-level executives, CISOs, CTrOs, and senior engineering leaders.
• Background in security telemetry, data analytics, TPM operating models, or engineering communities of practice.
