Senior Technical Program Manager - Security Compliance

Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas, United States. Candidates progressing to the offer stage may be asked to attend an in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub.

What you will do

• Partner with the Governance, Risk, and Compliance team as its dedicated Technical Program Manager.
• Lead the integrated Department of Defense Impact Level 4 roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and execution cadence.
• Establish program governance, decision logs, risk and issue registers, communications plans, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate stakeholders across engineering, security, business, and global time zones.
• Identify tradeoffs, risks, and dependencies while balancing long-term compliance goals with urgent security needs.
• Build automations and AI agents to consolidate project streams, generate metrics, and support status and executive reporting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Experience in cybersecurity or security program management in a technical, fast-moving environment.
• Knowledge of federal cybersecurity and authorization frameworks, including NIST SP 800-53, RMF, FedRAMP, or DoD SRGs.
• Experience creating project plans, managing dependencies, and delivering predictable outcomes.
• Strong communication and partnership skills with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Competency with AI productivity tools, development platforms, Confluence, Jira, and development methodologies.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience automating program administration with AI and applying rigorous human review to AI output.
