Technical Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: New York, New York (hybrid)

Salary: $140,400–$166,100 USD per year (base, NYC-based range)

• Drive complex cross-team initiatives from intake through planning, execution, launch, and retrospective, defining scope, milestones, and success metrics
• Lead security programs such as vulnerability and risk remediation, compliance and audit readiness, incident follow-ups, and control rollouts
• Build realistic roadmaps, sequence work across dependencies, and resolve risks and blockers before they slip schedules
• Provide clear status reporting to leadership and facilitate planning, standups, reviews, and launch readiness
• Improve delivery predictability by introducing lightweight process practices

• 5+ years in technical program or project management delivering software or security programs across multiple teams
• Strong technical fluency in architecture, integrations, APIs, and security concepts
• Proven track record shipping complex, cross-functional programs on time
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
• Skilled with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira or Asana
• Calm decision-making under pressure and competing priorities

• Background in CIO/IT, security, or enterprise-platform organizations
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts (vulnerability management, risk and compliance frameworks)
• Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, Security+, or CISM
• Exposure to AI/ML or agentic AI programs
• Prior hands-on engineering background and vendor management experience
