What you will do

• Drive finance-related transformation projects and improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage roadmaps, milestones, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Handle issue tracking, risk management, and project governance.
• Facilitate clear communication across project members and stakeholders.
• Improve processes and support adoption of new systems and ways of working while ensuring compliance alignment.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• ~5 years of experience in project management within finance/accounting or in accounting operations with strong project/transformation involvement.
• Strong analytical and structured working style with ability to translate complex topics into clear actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and solid understanding of finance compliance and regulatory requirements.
