Location: On-site in Frankfurt, Germany. Must have the right to work in Germany.

What you will do
- Coordinate data centre campus projects from Due Diligence and Master Planning through execution and delivery.
- Develop Project Execution Plans and communication strategies aligned with client requirements.
- Drive program-level reporting on project status, including budget, schedule, safety, and risk.
- Elevate project management capabilities through standardization and automation across data centre projects.
- Coach and mentor the wider team on continuous improvement techniques and reporting methods.
- Support business growth by leading presentations for prospective clients and assisting in RFP/SOW preparation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data centre construction or project management with increasing leadership responsibilities.
- Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction discipline.
- Proven experience in Hyperscale Data Center or large-scale industrial mission-critical projects.
- German: B2 level fluency required.
- Right to work in Germany.
