What you will do
- Lead cross-functional product development projects from concept through market launch.
- Coordinate activities across R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
- Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while developing business cases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Present project updates and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or Chemical Engineering.
- Several years of project management experience in engineering or manufacturing.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Experience in new product development or R&D project management.
- Fluent English skills required; German language skills are beneficial.
- Flexibility to travel internationally up to 25%.
