What you will do

• Manage client software and solution projects in the automotive and eMobility sectors from planning through rollout.
• Define product features and roadmaps using data-driven insights.
• Own sub-projects and independently manage workstreams across global project teams.
• Plan, track, and report milestones, KPIs, and delivery progress.
• Coordinate stakeholders and maintain proactive communication across internal and external teams.
• Support operational excellence and business development through structured, entrepreneurial project management.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in project management and/or business development, including successful delivery of complex software projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across business and technical teams.
• Structured, detail-oriented, goal-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent English is required as the company language.

Nice to have

• Professional project management certification such as PMI or PRINCE2.
• Experience in the automotive or eMobility sector.
• Experience working with international colleagues, diverse cultures, and new technologies.
