What you will do

• Lead the development, launch, and management of original events from concept to execution.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead venue sourcing and contract negotiations.
• Analyze financial and operational feasibility, including P&L tracking and forecasting.
• Optimize ticket sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand event reach.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Scale successful experiences across multiple cities by creating replicable operational models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, operations, or business development.
• Native-level German and fluent English.
• Must be based in Berlin to support the hybrid working model.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with venues and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Resilience and ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
