What you will do

• Support project planning, communication, progress monitoring, and control using tools like Jira.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, dependencies, and milestones.
• Analyze project progress, prepare key figures, and present critical paths.
• Contribute to stakeholder, quality, and risk management.
• Prepare documentation including minutes, memos, and decision papers.
• Organize meetings, lessons-learned sessions, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Completed university degree with IT focus or equivalent vocational training plus 5 years experience.
• Experience with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools.
• Fluent written and verbal English; German is a strong advantage.
• Must be a citizen of a NATO member state due to security regulations.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple parallel tasks.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Nice to have

• Background or interest in engineering, aerospace, unmanned systems, or defence sector.
• Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
