What you will do

• Maintain VM and Kubernetes infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments on GCP and AWS.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Spacelift.
• Implement observability solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, and OTel collectors.
• Manage networking components including DNS, ingress controllers, and service mesh with Cilium.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and eliminate operational toil using AI-assisted coding tools.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and drive post-incident reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and Go.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes administration, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
• Strong knowledge of GCP services including GKE, VPC, and IAM.
• Experience using LLM-based code-assist tools for infrastructure tasks.
