What you will do
- Execute and manage day-to-day digital media campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic, and retail media platforms.
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance to ensure efficient budget delivery and effective outcomes.
- Analyze media performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for client success.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and analytics teams to support integrated marketing initiatives.
- Utilize AI-supported analytics and workflow tools to streamline analysis and improve campaign efficiency.
- Support the development of testing roadmaps and optimization frameworks to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital media planning and buying within an agency environment.
- Strong platform expertise in Google Ads and DV360.
- English communication skills (mandatory).
- Understanding of campaign trafficking, ad operations, and measurement fundamentals.
- Analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and automation tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with Meta, The Trade Desk, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Amazon Ads.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and consulting.
