What you will do

• Conduct deep customer research and competitor analysis to identify winning advertising angles and buying triggers.
• Develop comprehensive creative strategies, hooks, and messaging frameworks to drive engagement.
• Write high-converting scripts for short-form ads, long-form VSLs, and AI-generated UGC content.
• Create direct-response marketing assets, including landing pages, advertorials, and listicles.
• Collaborate with video editors, designers, and copywriters to produce assets aligned with strategic goals.
• Analyze campaign performance data to iteratively improve messaging and creative concepts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing, or Direct Response Copywriting for DTC brands.
• Proven experience creating and scaling successful Meta advertising concepts.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Availability for at least 6 hours of overlap with GMT+3 (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
• AI-native mindset with practical experience using AI tools for research and content creation.
• English: C1+ (Excellent written and spoken communication skills).

Nice to have

• Experience in supplements, health, beauty, apparel, or lifestyle industries.
• Knowledge of direct-response frameworks such as AIDA or PAS.
• Experience creating AI-generated UGC advertisements.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Ad Library.
