What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end paid media accounts, ensuring pacing and KPI requirements are met.
  • Lead Paid Search strategy, including project ideation, road mapping, and testing.
  • Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performance assets and messaging.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them on strategic direction and growth opportunities.
  • Design and deploy monthly and quarterly tests for targeting, creative, and conversion.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience, primarily in Paid Search.
  • Expertise in Google Ads is required.
  • Experience managing paid media budgets exceeding $100k per month.
  • Must be based in Argentina.
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English (C1).
  • Proven ability to lead client conversations and drive strategic results.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Bing, Meta, and DSP platforms.
  • Experience in Paid Social and Programmatic advertising.
