Salary: $140,000 — $192,500 USD

What you will do

• Manage the full operational lifecycle, SLOs, and availability for global network services.
• Design and develop automation and tooling using production-quality code to eliminate manual toil.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring incidents and improve network security.
• Maintain fleet-wide consistency across software, configurations, and security policies.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and provide structured troubleshooting during live incidents.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in a related role.
• Strong proficiency in writing production-quality code for automation.
• Comprehensive understanding of core networking concepts including WiFi, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and Routing.
• Demonstrated experience with network device monitoring, alerting, and logging tools.
• Ability to foster collaboration while maintaining a secure and consistent end-user experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Juniper/JUNOS switching and routing.
• Experience with Palo Alto Networks NGFWs.
