Salary: $31.25 – $37.50 USD/hour

What you will do

• Install, rack, cable, and maintain servers, network devices, storage systems, and power distribution units.
• Perform hardware repairs, component replacements, equipment deployments, and IT decommissioning.
• Monitor system health and resolve hardware, software, imaging, and connectivity issues.
• Configure and validate switches, firewalls, wireless access points, VLANs, DHCP, and DNS.
• Image and deploy servers using MDT, WDS, PXE, or equivalent environments and apply OS updates.
• Maintain technical procedures, network diagrams, and inventory records.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data center operations, systems support, or infrastructure deployment.
• Ability to independently install and troubleshoot enterprise server, network, and storage infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, switching, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and firewalls.
• Experience with server imaging and deployment tools such as MDT, WDS, and PXE.
• Proficiency with ticketing, asset management, and monitoring systems.
• Ability to work onsite at the assigned data center environment in Redmond & Totem Lake.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Server+, Security+, or Cisco CCNA.
• Experience supporting high-availability, safety-sensitive, or compliance-controlled infrastructure.
