What you will do

• Proactively position Arista products in DC, Campus, Routing, and AI to expand account footprint.
• Provide technical assistance on new opportunities, including proof-of-concept testing.
• Guide customers on operational health checks, compliance reviews, and automation maturity assessments.
• Assist in deploying and integrating CloudVision, APIs, and automation toolsets.
• Deliver strategic technical workshops and produce business-oriented documentation like success runbooks and adoption roadmaps.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, Arista TAC, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as network consulting or solution architecture.
• Expertise in L2/L3 networking, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EVPN, VXLAN), and automation ecosystems (EOS, Ansible, Terraform, Python).
• Strong consultative and business acumen with experience linking technical outcomes to revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY.
• Willingness to obtain Arista ACE certification within the first 90 days.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with RADIUS, 802.1x, EAPOL, NAC client posturing, and PKI.
• Knowledge of Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) classification and power budgeting.
• Basic familiarity with IP Telephony and WAP requirements.
