GTM AI Architect

Location: Austin, Chicago, New York City, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco, United States

Annual salary: $138,000–$210,000 USD, plus potential incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Identify friction and manual work across go-to-market workflows and propose AI-driven solutions.
• Architect, build, implement, and continuously improve AI-powered workflows and internal tools.
• Lead initiatives from concept through production and measure their impact on GTM productivity.
• Translate technical possibilities into clear business cases and outcomes for executives and stakeholders.
• Partner with Operations, Analytics, Product, IT, and field subject-matter experts.
• Drive adoption of new AI tools and workflows across GTM teams.

Requirements

• Experience building or scaling a consultancy, advisory practice, or internal function focused on AI or technology adoption.
• Demonstrated ability to connect technical initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to operate as both an architect and hands-on builder.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Working knowledge of modern AI and LLM tooling sufficient for technical discussions with engineers and IT partners.

Nice to have

• Experience in GTM Strategy & Operations, RevOps, or client-facing AI implementation and consulting.
• Experience partnering with leadership on adoption of new tools or processes.
