Salary: $138,000 - $210,000 USD

What you will do

• Identify friction in GTM workflows and propose AI-driven solutions to eliminate manual work.
• Architect and implement AI-powered internal tools that increase productivity.
• Take initiatives from concept through production and continued iteration.
• Translate technical possibilities into clear business cases for leadership.
• Partner with Ops, Analytics, Product, and IT teams to leverage existing data foundations.
• Drive tool adoption and measure the impact of new AI workflows on business outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Austin, Chicago, New York City, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco.
• Experience building or scaling a consultancy, advisory practice, or internal function focused on AI/technology adoption.
• Track record of tying technical initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
• Comfort operating as both an architect and a hands-on builder.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Working knowledge of modern AI/LLM tooling sufficient for technical conversations.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in GTM Strategy & Operations, RevOps, or client-facing AI implementation.
• Experience partnering with leadership on the adoption of new tools or processes.
