Salary: $133,470 – $204,289 per year

What you will do

• Architect, prototype, and own end-to-end agentic service workflow frameworks, including HITL protocols and quality safeguards.
• Design multi-agent orchestration patterns across various tools and data sources within single workflows.
• Collaborate with the AI Platform team to define primitives and scale production workflows effectively.
• Act as the primary CX voice in Legal, Security, and Compliance forums to ensure governance is embedded in design.
• Define and track workflow performance using metrics such as solve rate, AHT, and rework rate.
• Create ROI models to quantify the efficiency, quality, and cost impact of AI deployments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations, product, or AI roles.
• 2+ years of experience specifically designing and deploying AI-assisted or agentic workflows.
• Strong fluency with LLM systems, including prompt design and production behavior at scale.
• Hands-on experience with agentic tooling and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience designing human-in-the-loop (HITL) systems with clear escalation logic.
• Must be based in the USA or eligible to work from specified US locations.
