• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer delivery.
• Lead and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to design customized recruiting strategies and interview processes.
• Drive initiatives to continuously improve diversity at Runway.
• Track search metrics and provide weekly updates to stakeholders.
• Participate in recruiting events and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on GTM teams in high-growth environments.
• Experience and desire to work in a startup environment.
• Proficiency in sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and GTM-specific channels.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Ashby experience is a plus).
