What you will do

• Oversee portal billing activities and direct overall workflow to achieve desired outcomes.
• Develop and document effective processes for third-party portal billing.
• Resolve customer payment issues and maintain accurate customer account records.
• Manage billing, invoicing, and the billing portion of Accounts Receivable.
• Perform data entry and record keeping using ERP and accounting systems.
• Collaborate with other departments and provide high-level customer focus to resolve problems.

Requirements

• Experience with portals such as Ariba, Service Channel, FM Pilot, Oracle, Coupa, or Open Invoice.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, planning, and scheduling skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proven ability to be a self-starter within a team environment.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Availability to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Mountain Time.
