Location: Hybrid role based in Montréal or Quebec, Canada.

What you will do

  • Prepare and oversee recurring billing and invoicing activities across multiple products.
  • Ensure billing accuracy and alignment with contractual agreements.
  • Support revenue recognition processes and month-end financial close activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Customer Success, BI, and IT teams to maintain data integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize workflows and reduce manual tasks.
  • Support audit activities and maintain operational documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 5–8 years of experience in billing, finance, or revenue operations within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue and subscription-based business models.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP, billing, or CRM systems.
  • Strong operational rigor and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • CPA designation.
