What you will do

• Lead the development and integration of electrical accessory connection points.
• Define technical requirements for wiring harnesses, control modules, lighting, and other components.
• Develop system designs using CAD software, ensuring compatibility with overall vehicle architecture.
• Collaborate with electrical hardware, systems, and software teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and purchasing stakeholders to support production and resolve issues.
• Apply LEAN Engineering methodologies throughout the design and release process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or Software Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in automotive electrical design and release.
• Hands-on experience with open and closed loop control systems for sensors, actuators, and ECUs.
• Experience with Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) components, including DCDC converters, batteries, and inverters.
• Proficiency in CAN, LIN, and Ethernet communication protocols.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
