What you will do

• Provide technical ownership for current production electronic products throughout their lifecycle.
• Lead root cause analysis for warranty returns, production rejects, and customer concerns using structured methodologies.
• Develop and execute technical validation plans for engineering changes and supplier initiatives.
• Support EMC validation and testing to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Design and improve electrical bench test equipment and functional validation fixtures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and OEM customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience supporting electronic products in automotive production.
• Strong knowledge of automotive electronic systems and sustaining engineering practices.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting using laboratory equipment like oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Understanding of analog/digital electronics, sensor interfaces, and power electronics.
• Must be based in or able to work in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico.

Nice to have

• EMC laboratory experience.
• Experience with PSpice or equivalent simulation software.
• Familiarity with CANalyzer or vehicle communication tools.
• Awareness of ISO 26262 functional safety standards.
• Knowledge of IPC standards.
