What you will do

• Assemble chassis components and install suspension, steering, braking, wiring, and other mechanical and electrical systems.
• Follow engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions while maintaining accurate alignment and tolerances.
• Perform inspections and quality checks throughout the assembly process.
• Diagnose mechanical and assembly issues in collaboration with engineering and maintenance teams.
• Record assembly procedures, part numbers, modifications, and build details.
• Maintain tools and equipment, follow safety protocols, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in chassis assembly or a related field, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy components and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced production environment.

• Technical certification or vocational training in mechanical or automotive assembly.
