What you will do

• Execute and optimize in-quarter lead generation programs to drive qualified prospects into the funnel.
• Distribute content assets like reports and webinars across channels to maximize lead capture.
• Develop and manage targeted nurture campaigns to accelerate lead progression toward sales conversations.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to optimize lead routing and identify conversion drop-off points using HockeyStack.
• Write high-converting copy for emails, landing pages, and ads independently.
• Monitor lead quality and collaborate with performance marketing to improve volume and fit.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in lead generation or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong expertise in conversion copywriting for emails and landing pages.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, HockeyStack, or similar CRM and automation tools.
• Proven track record of optimizing MQL-to-SQL conversion metrics.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
