What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively allocate and manage employee assignments.
• Direct and supervise field labor forces and support personnel to meet customer service delivery goals.
• Oversee employee management including onboarding, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and the provincial Health and Safety Act.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with property managers, owners, and designated managers.
• Monitor work processes and provide technical guidance to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the elevator industry (mechanic or adjuster).
• Strong knowledge of elevator maintenance, modernization, and repair of technical systems.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and specifications.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
