What you will do

• Lead daily maintenance activities across all shifts to ensure equipment reliability and resolve downtime.
• Drive preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce unplanned equipment failures.
• Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and work order management using eMaint.
• Manage MRO inventory, parts procurement, and departmental budgets.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams on process improvements and new technology implementation.
• Coach and develop maintenance team members to foster a culture of safety and accountability.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Experience with CMMS systems, specifically eMaint.
• Proven troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
