What you will do
- Lead daily maintenance activities across all shifts to ensure equipment reliability and resolve downtime.
- Drive preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce unplanned equipment failures.
- Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and work order management using eMaint.
- Manage MRO inventory, parts procurement, and departmental budgets.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams on process improvements and new technology implementation.
- Coach and develop maintenance team members to foster a culture of safety and accountability.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Experience with CMMS systems, specifically eMaint.
- Proven troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
