Intune Engineer (Microsoft 365)

TL;DR

Intune Engineer (Microsoft 365): Managing and optimizing endpoint strategy and M365 services for a global workforce with an accent on device security, compliance, and automation. Focus on designing Intune architectures, implementing Conditional Access policies, and delivering automation via PowerShell and Graph API.

Location: UK-based, with occasional travel to London and Peterborough (approx. 1–2 times per quarter)

What you will do

• Manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices through Microsoft Intune.
• Oversee application deployment, packaging, and patch management.
• Implement and maintain Conditional Access and security policies.
• Develop and improve Intune architecture and service roadmaps.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Intune and M365 services.
• Deliver infrastructure automation using PowerShell and Graph API.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365.
• Strong expertise in endpoint management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Hands-on experience with device compliance, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
• Solid proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Deep understanding of Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM, Windows Server, or on-premises Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Graph API, Azure Functions, or Power Platform.
• Experience working within multinational environments.
• German or Polish language skills.
