What you will do

• Act as the senior IT point of contact for the Edinburgh office, mentoring junior team members and managing day-to-day operations.
• Administer and support core identity and productivity platforms including Microsoft Entra ID, M365, Google Workspace, and JumpCloud.
• Maintain AWS-based infrastructure and cloud services in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Design and build automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to streamline IT operations and service delivery.
• Manage endpoint installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting for Windows and macOS devices.
• Plan and execute on-premises to cloud and cloud-to-cloud migration projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration, including mentoring junior staff.
• Expertise in managing Windows and macOS environments at scale.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, M365, and Google Workspace administration.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Python for IT automation.
• Working knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
