Senior Product Manager (AI): Owning the builder experience for a product-led growth platform that uses no-code tools, AI automation, and agents to help customers improve onboarding, adoption, conversion, and retention with an accent on AI-powered funnel analysis and guidance creation. Focus on shaping product strategy, translating customer pain points into requirements and roadmaps, partnering with engineering and design, and measuring commercial product outcomes.

Location: Remote; hirify.global connects engineers from Latin America with global organizations.

hirify.global connects engineers from Latin America with global organizations building long-term software products. The client develops a product-led growth platform using no-code tools, AI automation, and agents to improve customer funnels.

What you will do

Own the product strategy and roadmap for the builder experience from discovery through delivery.
Speak directly with customers, identify pain points, and translate them into product requirements, proofs of concept, and roadmaps.
Use AI to detect friction in customer funnels and turn insights into guidance that improves conversion.
Partner with a dedicated pod of 3–4 engineers and shared design resources to ship and iterate on the product.
Define success metrics and measure the impact of released features.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, including B2B SaaS software.
Professional experience with AI-embedded products and familiarity with evaluations, datasets, and AI models.
Technical fluency with Git, Claude Code, LLMs, and agents; able to fix basic UX issues independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity and start from a blank page.
Experience with traditional machine learning concepts, including training data, test data, evaluations, and selecting appropriate tools.
Experience with product-led growth journeys, MCPs, APIs, or SDKs.

Nice to have

Experience launching ambitious products that achieved distribution or commercial success.
Personally built or vibe-coded projects.
Degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
Creative problem-solving approach and interest in solving complex product challenges.
