What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Growth, Monetization, Lifecycle, and Retention roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, role requirements, and interview processes.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and talent maps for priority searches.
• Screen candidates for seniority, business impact, and motivation.
• Advise leadership on market conditions, talent availability, and compensation.
• Collaborate with external agencies and sourcers when necessary.

Requirements

• 4+ years of tech recruiting experience in product or go-to-market hiring.
• Proven experience hiring for Growth, Monetization, or Lifecycle roles.
• Deep understanding of growth funnels, activation, engagement, and conversion.
• Proficiency with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, or specialized talent communities.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Russian.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer tech, subscriptions, marketplaces, gaming, or AI startups.
• Track record of hiring senior individual contributors and functional leaders.
• Familiarity with experimentation, pricing, and product-led growth.
