What you will do

• Administer and integrate business-critical SaaS platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Atlassian.
• Engineer internal automation systems using Python, Go, or similar languages to replace manual tasks.
• Build and maintain API-driven integrations and event-driven pipelines across the internal tech stack.
• Develop internal CLI tools, ChatOps integrations, and services to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement AI-driven workflows, including LLM-based support assistants and automated ticket triage.
• Ensure security and compliance adherence, including Zero Trust architecture and ISO/SOC2 frameworks.

Requirements

• 8+ years in IT, Systems, or Platform Engineering, with 3+ years in a senior role at a SaaS/tech company.
• Strong scripting and programming proficiency in Python, Go, Bash, or Node.js.
• Solid experience operating GCP and AWS environments.
• Deep expertise in API engineering (REST, GraphQL, OAuth, Webhooks).
• Experience managing identity and security (SSO, SAML, SCIM, Zero Trust).
• Experience working in remote-first or globally distributed environments is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI-driven automation or LLM APIs.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) for internal services.
• SRE mindset with experience applying SLIs/SLOs to internal IT services.
