What you will do

• Administer and maintain core business applications including Google Workspace, Rippling, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Asana.
• Manage the full SaaS lifecycle, including user provisioning, license management, and budget optimization.
• Design and implement integrations between internal systems using REST APIs, Webhooks, SSO, and SCIM.
• Create and improve workflow automations for onboarding, offboarding, and access management.
• Evaluate and implement new SaaS solutions to support evolving business needs.
• Manage relationships with software vendors regarding licensing, pricing, and renewals.

Requirements

• Must be based in EMEA (selected countries).
• 4+ years of experience in IT Operations or Systems Administration.
• 1–2 years in a senior or manager-level role with ownership of SaaS platforms and integrations.
• Experience supporting organizations with 500–2,000+ employees.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, HRIS/Identity platforms, and SaaS management.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of SSO, SAML, SCIM, and identity lifecycle management.
