What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of complex customer projects from kick-off through launch and enablement.
• Own project scoping, alignment, and governance to manage expectations across internal and external stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines while defining escalation paths.
• Act as a trusted delivery partner for senior and executive-level stakeholders to ensure long-term value.
• Coordinate technical implementation and system integration in partnership with specialists.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the improvement of internal PM workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or SaaS implementation.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end customer projects and managing complex stakeholder groups.
• Ability to prioritize effectively across multiple competing workstreams.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of how project outcomes drive customer renewal and growth.
• Must be based in Boston, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring or coaching other project managers.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish for client-facing conversations.
