What you will do

• Lead a delivery pod as the single owner of the project plan and customer relationship, driving alignment across workstreams.
• Manage complex enterprise AI deployments, overseeing project governance, RAID logs, change requests, and hypercare.
• Establish and validate delivery gates and preconditions directly with customers to ensure smooth project progression.
• Act as the primary boundary for customer interactions, resolving issues independently and managing executive escalations.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, architects, and product teams to translate business requirements into high-performing workflow plans.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional project or program management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or consulting-led delivery.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional enterprise programs with demanding clients and tight timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing executive stakeholders and simplifying technical discussions.
• Strong commercial awareness regarding scope, delivery risks, and change requests.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for on-site customer engagements.

• Familiarity with AI platforms, LLM-based systems, intelligent automation, or the agentic AI landscape.
