What you will do
- Design and optimize global GTM proposal workflows and template libraries.
- Lead the intake process and facilitate Go/No-Go assessments for enterprise opportunities.
- Analyze proposal data and win/loss trends to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Manage global proposal roadmaps, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholder accountability.
- Champion the use of AI-driven tools to generate and refine high-quality proposal content.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Legal, and Security teams to translate technical capabilities into business value.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience managing RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires in the Enterprise B2B SaaS space.
- Proven experience building or transforming workflows from scratch.
- Deep comfort working with AI-driven proposal tools and a tech-forward mindset.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills for technical enterprise architecture.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across diverse geographic locations.
- Must be based in the US to align with regional operational requirements.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Conveyer, Loopio, or similar RFP tooling.
- APMP Certification (Foundation or Practitioner level).
- PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Von, and Slack.
