What you will do

• Guide project teams and clients in the application of Agile/Scrum practices to enhance delivery.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, including scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate tasks across internal departments, client organizations, and external vendors.
• Facilitate decision-making, conflict resolution, and the removal of technical or organizational impediments.
• Analyze resource utilization and identify additional service revenue opportunities within client environments.
• Execute project closure activities, including handover documentation and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience with data center infrastructure hardware and/or software.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including PMBOK standards.
• Ability to independently manage high-complexity projects with high client visibility.
• Proficiency in project management software and budget tracking.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience interfacing with executive-level clients.
