ServiceNow Project Manager

Location: United States; Remote

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 per year in on-target earnings, including base salary and applicable target bonus

What you will do

• Manage ServiceNow and other technical projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
• Develop project scopes, plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, resource assignments, and success criteria.
• Guide project teams and clients in Agile/Scrum practices, servant leadership, self-organization, backlog management, and Scrum maturity.
• Coordinate internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors while managing risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Maintain client communication, expectations, transparency, satisfaction, and service delivery success.
• Identify process improvements and additional services revenue opportunities, and maintain project information in Salesforce and FinancialForce.

Requirements

• Experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Ability to independently manage medium- to high-risk, high-complexity, and high-visibility projects.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, project lifecycles, PMBOK, and project management best practices.
• Experience with data center infrastructure hardware and/or software.
• Advanced use of project management software, including budget and timeline management.
• Strong communication, analysis, problem-solving, negotiation, conflict management, facilitation, and executive client interaction skills.
